1. General
The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by Support 81 Vienna & Streetwear e.U. und you (the buyer). Support 81 Vienna & Streetwear e.U. does not accept any other commercial terms and conditions. By placing an order, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our terms and conditions, please contact us before placing an order. We reserve the right to add, delete or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior written notice at any time, at our sole discretion.
2. Contract
The contract will only be concluded with the acceptance of the order. The presentation of the goods in our Onlineshop are always subject to change and not binding. As soon as you have filled in the order form and confirmed your order with the “Place order” button, a contract between you and us is established. After you have placed your order on our webshop, you will receive a reply e-mail with all the details regarding your order: product name, terms of delivery, terms of payment and delivery itself. When we send the ordered goods to you, you will also receive an electronic information.( You will also be informed if your order exceeds the amount of goods available in our warehouse, or if the goods exceptionally may not be delivered to you.)
3. Right of withdrawal
We accept returns for any reason within 14 days from shipping date. (In case of returning please send an e-mail to juliobukes@gmail.com with the return reasons and your order number). Please return the product to the following adress: Support 81 Vienna & Streetwear e.U., Tomschikgasse 8/4, 1220 Wien, Austria.
As soon as we receive the returned product from you, we will do the retranfer of it´s costs. We will not bear the shipping-costs of the returned product, except the product is in any way faulty or does not conform to the placed order. In that case you have the right to choose a similar product in exchange or we will gladly refund the purchase price paid, the return shipping cost; any customs, duties and goods taxes (upon proof of payment i.e. a receipt), plus the original shipping costs.
Likewise, no good will be taken back if it shows signs of damage or interference, such as:
– Natural wear and tear
– Events out of our control e.g. natural disasters
– Signs of improper use- Interference by the customer or a third person
– Extreme use or extreme influence by the customer
4. Payment
The following methods of payment are accepted: “credit card payment”, “bank transfer”, „direct bank transfer“. Any other means of payment is only possible after an express agreement with meshit OG in writing (juliobukes@gmail.com).
5. Delivery
All orders will be processed within 48 hours from the date of order (except orders placed on weekends which will be processed latest within 72hours). If no other arrangements are made, we deliver the goods to the given delivery address. Delivery dates are without obligation. For binding delivery dates a written guarantee is necessary. Deliveries are available while stocks lasts. If meshit does not have the product you have ordered, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. If the delivery will not be made, you will be informed immediately. Delivery is made at your risk and expense. Additional cost (any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local government) may result in the case of delivery to foreign countries. For countries that are not displayed on the country list delivery cannot be guaranteed. For further information, feel free to contact us by email at juliobukes@gmail.com. If a parcel is returned, because the address was incomplete or incorrect, because you refused to accept it or because you didn’t pick it up at your post office in time, you will be charged for the shipping costs back to Support 81 Vienna & Streetwear e.U.
6. Reservation of property right of a sold item
Delivered goods remain the property of Support 81 Vienna & Streetwear e.U. until the goods and delivery are completely paid up.
7. Prices
Unless otherwise stated, all prices cited are gross prices, including the prevailing statutory value added tax, but they do not include shipping and packing charges. If in the course of shipment, export and/or import dues are levied, those charges are also borne by the person placing the order. Subject to change without notice. The charges are calculated in euro.
8. Reservation of property right of a sold item

9. Data protection

The customer further expressly agrees to his/her address details being stored in our customer files and declares him/herself in agreement with the receipt of customer information, until revoked. Those data will of course be treated in strict confidence and not divulged to third parties.
10. Language
The contract language is English.
11. Severability
In the event of one clause proving to be or become ineffective or incomplete, the other terms and conditions shall remain in legal effect.
12. Court of jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or relating to the contractual relationship shall be Vienna, Austria.
13. Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
